NOMAD RECON™ Beta Testing Agreement

Thank you for participating in the NOMAD RECON beta testing program. NOMAD RECON is currently under development and may contain bugs, errors, incomplete features, inaccurate data, delayed notifications, downtime, or other issues.

By participating in the beta program, you acknowledge and agree that:

• NOMAD RECON is being provided for testing and evaluation purposes.
• The platform should not be used as the sole source for emergency dispatching, response decisions, evacuation decisions, life-safety decisions, official resource ordering, or incident command decisions.
• You will continue to follow official department, agency, dispatch, radio, incident command, emergency management, and operational procedures.
• Features, data, maps, notifications, dashboards, forms, assignments, and resource status information may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or unavailable.
• You will report bugs, errors, security concerns, incorrect data, or operational concerns to NOMAD RECON.
• You will not share login credentials or provide unauthorized access to the platform.
• You will not enter sensitive, confidential, or restricted information unless authorized to do so.
• Feedback, suggestions, ideas, or recommendations provided during beta testing may be used by NOMAD RECON LLC without restriction or compensation.
• Participation in beta testing does not create ownership rights in NOMAD RECON LLC, the NOMAD RECON platform, the NOMAD RECON brand, or any related intellectual property.
• NOMAD RECON LLC may modify, suspend, or end beta access at any time.
