How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your NOMAD RECON account and associated personal data, send an email to our support team:

  • • Whether you want full account deletion or only specific data removed

What Happens After You Submit

NOMAD RECON will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.

Identity Verified

We will verify your identity and account ownership before processing the deletion.

Data Deleted

Your account credentials, personal profile, notification settings, and personal contact information will be deleted.

Confirmation Sent

You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.

Data Retention Notice

Some operational records may be retained after account deletion where required for legal, regulatory, audit, public safety, incident documentation, or mutual aid compliance purposes. This may include records of assignments, deployments, incident participation, and mobilization history associated with public safety operations. Retained records will not be used for marketing or shared beyond operational necessity.
