NOMAD RECON delivers operational notifications through in-app notifications and opt-in push notifications, with optional email for account notices and operational updates. SMS text messaging is retired and is not a delivery channel for platform notifications.
NOMAD RECON LLC does not guarantee delivery of any notification. Notifications may be delayed, blocked, undelivered, or unavailable.

Departments, agencies, counties, regions, and organizations may submit operational data into NOMAD RECON. This may include personnel, apparatus, availability, assignment, incident, and mobilization information.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the information they enter into NOMAD RECON is accurate, authorized, and appropriate for use within the platform.
NOMAD RECON uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. However, no internet-connected system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Users are responsible for protecting their login credentials and immediately reporting any suspected unauthorized access.
NOMAD RECON may retain information for as long as necessary to operate the platform, provide services, comply with legal or contractual obligations, resolve disputes, support audits, maintain security, and improve the platform.
Customers may request deletion or export of certain data, subject to legal, technical, contractual, or operational limitations.
Users may request deletion of their NOMAD RECON account and associated personal information by visiting nomadrecon.org/delete-account or by emailing support@nomadrecon.org with the subject line Account Deletion Request.
NOMAD RECON will verify the request and process account deletion within a reasonable timeframe. Some operational records — including deployment history, incident participation records, mobilization logs, and audit records — may be retained where required for legal, regulatory, safety, audit, or public safety documentation purposes.

Some NOMAD RECON pages may display public-facing information, such as incident links, maps, public dashboards, public rotation boards, or general resource information. Public pages are provided for situational awareness only and should not be used for emergency, evacuation, life-safety, dispatch, or official command decisions.
NOMAD RECON is intended for use by adults and authorized organizational users. It is not intended for children.
